I use www.portland.co.uk, they are a free host with no adverts, they have
cgi, php4 enabled with the additions of ASP, mySQL coming soon. They give
you 10meg of space with a 100meg per month bandwidth limit, not that I have
ever seen them impose it on anyone. They also allow you to use your domain
once hosted with them as an VISP (Virtual ISP) allowing you to offer people
subdomains on your domain each with 10meg space and email. They give you
access to tools to change your domain names MX settings, and you can set up
unlimited email forwardings. Hows that? :)
